On June 4, 2018, the Town Commission adopted Ordinance 2018-03 and passed Resolution 2018-11, which amends Town Code, Chapter 33, Code Enforcement, allowing for an additional enforcement tool by implementing a Civil Citation process and setting fees for certain Code violations.
